Just wondering..been on a few single sites now for a few months and it seems like the men are afraid to ask you out on a date. You write each other for a while and things are going well and then they just quit writing without ever asking you out. Why are we on here if not to date? What could be so scary about meeting someone for a drink?

I've only been on one dating website before this one. I ended up having a very bad experience on the last one. I have solely been enjoying all the conversations with everyone on here. Everyone's great and so supportive of each other. I am so taking my time. I'm going to enjoy the freedom I never asked for but since I have it - there's a great big world out there and I want to discover some of it while my kids are in college.

Take your time and just enjoy! It will happen for you when you are not expecting it!

yeah, at first to date then you meet so many awesome ppl on here that you just decide that if you find someone thats a bonus.peace
