Well he broke up with her when he got back. I am pretty sure her violent intentions toward one of his friends was quite the turn off. Im nervous that when I go there she might try something. I have been hit before, and of course I didnt hit anyone back, and they gave up. But Im just worried about the time that I run into someone who doesnt give up I guess.
There must be some sort of non-barbaric way of defending myself... lol.

Sounds like I get in fights a lot doesnt it.... hehe well I am pretty sure I was like 14 when these other problems happened, so dont think I am psycho ;)

I dunno...

I know you wouldn't want to force your beliefs on someone else but don't you think that it would bother you knowing that animal you were cooking had to be killed?

If it would bother your conscience alot than it would only cause problems. If you could deal with it than go for it.

Maybe you could comprimise and still only serve vegetarian food but if he chooses to eat meat either he can cook it himself or grab something while he is out??? If you can cook vegatarian food very well than maybe he wouldn't mind so much.
Thats true, it really would bother me knowint that something I was cooking had been killed. I plan to take cooking lessons, so maybe my veggy food will be alright. I can always use tofu for his health anyway right? And if tofu is done right you shoulnt be able to tell the difference. They have tofu EVERYTHING now I love it. Haha.
Thanks for the tip ;)

I live with the knowledge every day that I have never thrown a punch (except in martial arts classes) at anyone. I've had punches thrown at me...I've been bitch slapped across the face. Turn the other cheek. People respect you for it, and it bugs most people so much that you don't hit back that they stop hitting you.

if you cook it right, they won't care that it's vegetarian, but I think they'll always KNOW it's vegetarian. But hey, if he's that picky...then you probably wouldn't get along anyway...really...

Alright, helmet and body armour. Now that could be helpful in any situation.

Bow and arrow... I am an excellent marksman, but bows and arrows have always brought out my less coordinated side.

Run away... now then people would laugh and that would hurt my feelings... plus I dont think I am a very fast runner ;) haha all jokes.

I think the winner is turn the other cheek. I guess if I dont fight back for long enough, someone else would either have to stop the person or they will give up on their own. Either way, they are going to feel like an idiot after, and I am going to know I did the right thing, right? Right.

Anyone else have some problems we could help with?
Why are you all awake by the way? Party animals ;)

I'm also a vegitarian (usually:-)). I agree with Lion, it's a perfect compromise, you don't have to cook it but he can still eat it. I cook, it's something every man should know how to do.

Thanks, I think thats what I am leaning towards as well. It couldnt do any harm to be spending time in the kitchen together anyway right? If he wants meat with his meal I guess we can cook dinner together and he can take care of the meat part.

Not only that...you wouldn't want to aim a bow and arrow at a living thing..scold

Running is better than getting your butt kicked unless of course you could talk reason into them.

No partying here...just up downloading some tunes.
