Hey im new to this site and was wondering if anyone has successfully met someone on this site. I have been on another site and did meet someone who turned out to be a complete opposite of her profile (disappointing). Let me know what you guys think. Plus I love to talk so shout at me anytime you want.

Hi MisterWonderful,
I actually met someone tonight....neither of us had pictures.....I actually met him on another site and told him about this one and he joined on here. We had a great time and seemed to click. I think he was everything his profile said he was....so there are honest people on here...Good Luck!

The meeting of someone successfully on this site can be taken two ways. I have successfully met a lot of people on this site. A lot of good people on here. I haven't dated anyone here, in the sense of meeting them in person.

Thanks ppl for responding. The other site I was on I met someone right away and we talked on the phone for about a week and a half and I thought she was a genuine mature woman. When I met her I found out she was the opposite. But I will still keep trying anyways.

Iv never met anyone on this site but i have met and dated people i have spoken with over the internet. Met a lot of friends from the internet who i have spoken with for over 5 years.

Well the optimism from you guys makes me feel better. The only problem is that there arent very many people around my area that are active on here. The only place to meet people in my are is to do the whole bar routine and I dont have enough energy for that anymore. So I thought I would give the online a try. Thanks for the responses!

I love it! The play on the name. lol. Yeah it might be a challenge as though there isnt really many people even around my area (200 miles) that are active. But trips to meet someone might not hurt either.
