Tinypaws: I shall answer it then, although of course those Muslims who died will just be laughed off, same as all those who have died due to Western interference in the Middle East. Their lives don't count for SOME in the West. Not all, many decent people out there who are capable of empathy, world wide.

wave wow

"“Not being cheeky were there any muslims in the two towers at the time of attack?”"

Tinypaws: You are so correct. It is just such a mess, and I fully understand people's fear, and it keeps being fulled by all sides who are trying to gain from it, and fear blows rational thinking out the window.

I still remember David Kelly, I lived in England at the time. Many dark player playing games.. and this man was a scientist, highly respected, not some tin foil wrapped conspiracy theorist.

Yeah the whole background around David Kelly incident was worrying. A scientist basing his findings on what is known, not what people want, taken out by unknown sources.

Fear keeps the masses under control and creating mythical enemies gives Gov more of a mandate to keep the masses at bay.

123whisper: American Muslims

Islam is only peaceful when they are in the minority... there is no radical Muslims on Muslim.... blasphemy. The real Muslims follow the Qu'ran.

"Kill the unbelievers wherever you find them." Qu'ran 2:191

Muslims believe in 'Taqiyya' - the duty to deceive non-believers for the glory of Allah.
You really need to read Qu'ran to understand !!!!

Christians would never celebrate someone else's tragedy.

And you other post.

How much of the Qu'ran have you actually read? Missing out a few passages? Picking and mixing? Same as with the Bible?

Both religions have been equally interpreted as peaceful, same as violent, according to what is wished to be read out of it. You do know Jesus is revered highly in Islam, right? He isn't seen as the son of God, but a vital prophet of God, and Christians are not the enemy, of course dependent on WHAT passages one wishes to focus on. Christians in those passages are NOT the unbelievers.

Next, when you say Muslims cheered - I do not doubt some did. Certainly not all, but yes, there is hatred, but do you ever wonder why? Have you ever looked at the death count of Muslims due to Western interference in the Middle East? You know, Iran was doing just fine some point.. and Iraq? Without doubt a terribly brutal dictator, yet actually not a very Islamic one. He was hated for this by Islamic radicals, and taking him out has opened the door for them.

There is soooooo much more, but yet you sit nice and dry, show no care for the lives of Muslims SLAUGHTERED every day, and doing so often because the West messed and meddled. Their wars and conflicts should have remained theirs, we had ours, and we overcame, but they are not given that chance to sort their own situation out. There is oil.. there is strategic interest with Israel.. Russia... and none is about the actual lives of people JUST LIKE YOU AND ME.

You say Christians would never cheer? You consider yourself a Christian?
Then maybe time to work an empathy a bit, because clearly this was a huge part of Jesus's teachings.

Marcus Tanner is a good authourity in this area..

Tanner explains the failure of Tito's Communists to solve Yugoslavia's tortured national problem by creating a federal state, and the violent implosion after his death. Croatia's unique position on the crossroads of Europe - between Eastern and Western Christendom, the Mediterranean, and the Balkans and between the old Habsburg and Ottoman empires - has been both a curse and a blessing, inviting the attention of larger and more powerful neighbours. The turbulence and drama of Croatia's past are vigorously portrayed in this powerful history.

I cried hard when he died, same as I cried for the victims of 9/11, and the victims of the wars in the Middle East, the ordinary Israeli people just as for the people of Palestine.

And you are right, our governments are dirty, it's all about power.

KremaP: On a contrary, they enjoy the sheepish attitude and rely on it...
What they need is a rough force, cause they only understand that language...

They see our softness towards them as a sign of weakness they only understand one language.

Tinypaws: There are contradictions in the Quran, as are there in the Bible. In both religions, depending on who reads what, and how they wish to interpret or focus, will find what they seek.

Funny though how those type of articles always talk about 'apologisers'. To me that doesn't sound very supportive of the fact that those 'apologisers' indeed seem to wish to find all that is peaceful. Shall I take it that peaceful Muslims aren't the desired flavour? That we want them radicalised and violent, so we feel vindicated in our hate?
Maybe even so that we have a reason to make war?
We, the so peace loving kind Christians...

No but the radicalised terrorist ones should be eliminated.

Same. It just appears all so pointless, but seems enough just thrive on hate, no matter what side, to keep it all going.

And no more fuel given to create more of them, you surely wished to add as well thumbs up

And in regards to what you stated about Yugoslavia in your other post, the irony with that war is that it too created refugees, and I remember how I spoke up on the BBC on behalf of people seeking shelter, as many in the UK didn't want those refugees either. A Jewish gentleman, a Palestinian, and a German girl, all speaking up for the plight of humans in need - against people there who were worried about the strain on the NHS, and what filth and crime those people from former Yugoslavia would bring to their oh so clean country.

World is a mad house, it really is.

My brother served there and got to see what quite a few thousand dead people look like in one place . Hatred and violence is part of that places past . Just because someone is a refugee does not make them "safe " or a good person . You talk of filth and crime maybe you ought to talk of barbarity . A little Islamic girl , Malala , travels the world telling us how we should behave , it was Islamic butchers who put a bullet in her head . Her own kind . Time is approaching when the current garbage that has flowed into Europe will be dealt with , sooner the better .

Two men armed with knives have been shot dead after taking several people hostage in a church in northern France. According to a Reuters police source, one of the hostages - a 92-year-old priest - was killed and had his throat slit.
