You write these posts at least once a year. It's time to do something about it instead. A bit of action instead of praying is required
Go to the doctor and get help with your depression. Go to MABS to sort out your debt Go to Solas and get retrained in a skill that an employer actually needs. In the meantime, do volunteer work. Join a Men's Shed. Go for a walk to clear your head. Eat nutritious food. Do something for somebody else. You'll feel better. Best of luck.
Ireland, many of us are or have been in a bad place in life. It's not if you fall, it's how you act when you get up. I have been out of work due to disability that is taking so long to heal. So bills from medical, very low income presently, lost my only child, most family has passed, on and on. I refuse to give up on life! I was homeless on my own at 16. Life got better and it will again. Try to keep positive thoughts, concentrate on your blessings, even if they are small. No one knows what will happen tomorrow . Change what you can for the better, accept what you can not control. I usually don;t bring my beliefs in forums, can get very controversial. However you used God in your title. I have had prayers never answered and many have been. In God;s time, not ours. Now I don't preach at people or tell others what to do. However my former comments are food for thought for you. I hope you find a group for people dealing with mental illness. Get out and walk. Find a park or a beach to go and it's free. May help you to feel better. Nothing to lose right? Rhetorical ?. If you disagree with me, know I am just trying to help Life can get better but we have to work on it at times.

Ireland do all the above and pray, a life without Belief in an after life is a life of true hopelessness
Take yourself to church and take the message From the gospel into your heart, there's always Something positive to be taken from the gospel When your feeling low, the gospel gives a reason And purpose for stress and troubled times
I presume your able bodied, maybe in your Spare time help those a lot less fortunate, people That haven't got the physical strength to get Up and help themselves easily yet still do and Lead a positive life
Doing a Christian thing like that will make you Feel better and make you appreciate what our Great creator has given you instead of focusing On what you haven't got
Stress and trouble is a weight you lift that Makes you stronger for challenges ahead
Our lord puts these weights on our shoulders To make us the person we become
Pray from your heart and pray for strength To be a good Christian and help others and Things will fall into place
Nothing in this life happens without reason Or purpose

Earlier man apparently were much busier Out hunting and whatever else and it never Allowed an adrenalin build up, also all that Vitamin D goes a long way
