If a man needs changing, then he's probably not right for her in the first place.. We all have flaws, so either accept them or move on.

People do change through their life experiences. This can be a big problem if a couple goes in different directions.

I don't believe in changing someone - people change themselves if they want and if something is important to them they will - this can be for a partner, it often is when they get kids.

I believe we can make changes for many reasons. I also believe that some of these changes are not conscious and unfortunately are not always predictable nor do they remain intact when for the wrong reasons. On the other hand I believe that couples that are somewhat aware of themselves and have a fairly decent knowledge of life can move through the years and grow in a direction together and really enjoy life to it's fullest. I think I came close to that a few times but time after time I was proven wrong. I think it is one of the few things I regret though at the same time I am glad I had those few years or even a few months when it was all moving well together and communication was in sync. When one another's smile could make you feel like you were born all over again in a heaven on earth. Yep, those were great times.
