Nonsense, they are not all fraudulent and frankly, looking for a "job" outside of your own country on a dating site, make it look like you're after a green card

I really don't know how you'd go about finding a job in another country.
Maybe there are work agencies in the countries you'd consider working in which deal with international employment, or government agencies which help with finding work as a foreigner.
I guess you'd need a visa and such like doing it through those channels. Maybe this is your problem. You sound a bit desperate.
I hope someone can help you out with better information and advice than I can.

You should look to see if your qualifications are accepted in the country of your choice.
Most trades are very regulated now, especially electricians, etc.
You have to be registered before working as otherwise the work isn't covered by home insurance.
So basically, apply for jobs you are qualified in, or else get the necessary qualifications prior to applying.

Yoe , the building trades here in the USA are hungry for electricians in the private and government sectors. Most employers have online sites you can check out. Most local newspapers list employment opportunities.
Try googling job opportuinties USA Ohio state government or any other state or city etc.
you will have to deal with our federal bureaucracies like homeland security and immigration. You will need a green card to work in the USA if you are not a born here or naturalized citizen.
