Calling women trash is beneath even you. The vast majority were there to fight for the rights they have, and don't want to lose, that their predecessors had fought for over many years.
I'm reading from this thread that the women were demanding things like peace and acceptance of others.
So in answer to your question, if America is in a time of need, one must assume America will have generated war. Ergo, none of them will be rushing to join in the folly they're protesting against and hoping to halt.
I would have thought that was a fairly linear process of logic to work out.
Oh, and why it was all against Trump then? Did he do anything to these people?
kidatheart: That was only part of it all, and unfortunately, the highlighted part in most media.
I wonder what's really going on in America, something fishy for sure...why so afraid of a change, and why so afraid before anything has been even done? People who demand being humane, fight for equality, rights and so on, suddenly behave like a bunch of haters... Many on here describe themselves as being non judgmental and willing to give everyone a chance, but actually do the opposite all the time...

I don't get...
Many of those against him have so much ambition bound up in diversity that they fail to see the heart of the problem. In addition many of these people are inherent enemies of the nation which stand to lose even if Trump does really well. You can't please everyone.
And then there's another group of people - the largest group of people - who Trump simply makes nervous. And this includes a lot of people who were Trump long before Trump, even before 2008. Fresh converts seem to be the most in awe of him.

Don't know how you do it but always make it so simple and fast to dissect a matter from any possible angle and it doesn't even sound boring...
KremaP: Something is broken and it obviously can not be repaired... A drastic change is in screaming demand...
Jaysus, everything is broken, lol. The handful at the top have more than the rest combined, the few dictate policy and the rest buy their way into the process and get their way. Its no wonder people are pissed off, but I can't see Trump fixing anything, he's a part of the problem, if not THE poster boy of the problem itself.
Sad part is, it might take a revolution to get past the problems, like it usually has all throughout history. America is no different, although the top few have been preparing for this, and I can't see it going well for "we the people" down there. I just hope the rest of the planet, and especially Canada doesn't get sucked nto their drama.

It is too early to say what Trump really is...I have a feeling deep down my guts that he will surprise us all... The wake up time has come, not only for America but for the whole world... The "right" and "wrong" have lost the fine between them...
We have our own problems with politics here north of the border, we don't that Yankee BS spilling over, although it already is. With the likes of Jason Kenny and Kevin O'Leary vying for the top spot in the Con party, it makes me think i should be leaving the country in 2019 if either of them win.
Oh yes, the premier of Ontario - Kathleen Wynne needs to be replaced. Dalton McGuinty was not great but better than Wynn. I know nothing about Jason Kenny. I think Kevin O'Leary should just go back to the Dragon's Den. Why does he want to get into politics? Where would you go if you were to leave Canada? I want to go back to Europe where I came to Canada from.

pedalguy59: They are protesting here as well, seems like most women don't like him.
The protest in Washington and around the world are more than protesting against Trump, they have several issues that are protesting to, that of course will not fit the conservative's agenda that serves the elites with the help of average people that dream of being in the elites, drinking tea in the white house
rizlared: Like it or not, the fact is, Trump is the new president, and as such deserves some respect, until he does something to lose that respect. Personally I think that will happen fairly quickly, but to demonstrate before he has a chance to do anything is plainly stupid and ill conceived.
I find it sad that the lack of respect shown by many Americans for the position of President, is getting worse and worse. Comments posted on the internet abusing Obama and his family and now Trump, leave a bad impression of the USA as a whole.
He deserves no respect, respect is earned, and he has not earned it. Also he has already done plenty to lose any respect he had, I wont go through the list again, its already been covered over and over
How anyone could respect a man like that I will never understand
