If not would consider ever getting one?

I have forum that for me I use the Web cam more now then ever cuz the Net dating seen ect is kind of scary in that you really do not know who you are chatting with yes you can send photo’s and emails
But the person can still be just about anyone and not what the pictures represent. …………

So if you do have a web cam why not use it? Why not Chat while on your web cam so you can see who you really are chatting with? To me this makes perfect sense and also for those who are in long-distance relationships or wanting to have one……… the web cam can certainly close the distance in a hurry I for one find that for me to be able to See Ron on cam and he I feel a lot closer to him even though he is some 878 miles away.

So lets here it everyone to Web cam or Not

I have a webcam and I use it all the time. Nothing like chatting thru a mic and watching the person you are speaking to on web cam at the same time.

I dont take people seriously until I see them at least on cam...and yes I turn mine on.....always seems like they want to see it when Im at my worst though.

I have three of them. I don't use them. If I talk to someone from a distance then I might consider it, but not just guys who pop up and say, "Hey, do you cam?" Because it's not my face they want to see.

Not only that, most of the time when I'm at home working, I'm sitting here in baggy, comfortable sweats, no bra, no makeup, hair messed up, etc., and I'll be DAMNED if I'm gonna let that be someone's first impression of me! LOL!

I do have a cam.. I do turn it on.. Not just for everyone or anyone who pops up like Sheila said..

Yes, I agree with you. Live web cam is both protective & gives better insight into the person you're talking with.

Keep in mind that when purchasing a web cam you really need high speed internet for any kind of quality in both the sent and received signals.

there are a few that i let view my cam.. and i've seen a few others on cam, but i wont turn it on for someone who just pops up that i havent chatted with for a while
