Here are the #1's in my life:

Lauren Leigh-Ann, 19 My first born. My only girl. She is the light of my life. She is very strong willed, but shy. She is in nursing school and works full time. She is smart, funny, serious all rolled into one.

Zachary Ryan, 16 My middle child and first son. He is my Mama's boy. Very loving and affectionate. Will never be too old to hug and kiss his Mom. He is ADHD more hyper-active. Sports are his passion. Very athletic, smart and all around good kid.

Tyler Cole, 12. My baby. My saviour. He gave me a reason to live during some really rough times in my life. He was 6 mos. old when the kids Dad left us. Sickly until he was 4-5. He is my sunshine. My lil redhead. Stubborn, ADHD more attention deficit. Busy, busy busy all the time. He is very mechanically smart and loves to take things apart and put them back together. He is good with engines. He has his own lawnmower shop. Very smart when he wants to be.

There are the loves of my life!

Excellent reading about the love for the families.

I have 3 children:

Quentin, 25 yrs. Received his Associates Degree in Fire Science and wants to follow his dad's footsteps and become a career FF. Always respectful and friendly to everyone. Blue eyes and 6' 1" with a 6'2" girlfriend.

Tausha, 22 yrs. Married her highschool sweetheart in July and studying to obtain her RN. Beautiful Blue eyes and 5' 1" tall.

Brianna, 17 yrs. My baby with brown eyes, very athletic and scores very high in State Scholastic Competitions. We have become very close since the divorce and she has told me that she comes to me for advice and inspiration for her life. Has her mother's Brown Eyes.

Fortunately they have all inherited their fathers sense of humor and respect for others. cool

I'm sure many know that I have 9 children. If not...you know NOW! There are 6 girls and 3 boys. Yes, I know...sypathy cards may be mailed to:......

Ryan: 23...first born, always a special one even though we don't talk anymore.

Lindy: 21 My rebel. Always thinks she's right...sometimes she is...first girl.

Alonso: 18 Sweet as can be....from the start. Biggest heart I've ever seen...never gave me any trouble.

Luis: 17 My "wild child"....clown among clowns. I almost lost him. Spent 3 months in the hospital before I had him...alone.

(Yes...those boys are 10 months apart and no comments!)

Jessica: 14 Sweet mature young woman, very helpful, who would give you the shirt off her back...but stay away from her new electric guitar!

Marisel: 12 I call her my "model with the attitude to match"...beautiful dark exotic look to her. Stubborn and moody as hell. Wouldn't have her any other way.

Alysia: 8 beautiful green eyes...the comedian of the girls. Sure of herself, and very willing to let everyone know it.

Daniela: 6 my sensitive child. Cries at the drop of a hat, but always happy.

Ariana: 3 wow...last one. (I pray she will always be!) What can you say about your last? The innocence of a 3 year old that only wants to be loved. She is very independent dispite having older siblings. Black curly hair and a smile that melts an iceberg.

Please share your children with me. I know we all love our children and there is something special about each and every one of them. I try and let mine know how special they are...every day.

Thanks for sharing guys!
Lindsey (18) Smart, stubborn, generous and creative and wild and loving.

Jayce (16) 21st of this month...Brainy, laid back, responsible and independent.

Kyle (14) Sweet, loving, caring...a teddybear

I've only got the one:
Rachel, who is 12 but she is tall for her age and looks much older. She's creative in many of the arts and isn't afraid to try out for every sport, spelling bee, school play, and anything else that comes up at school. She sticks up for the underdog and shows compassion for everyone. And a great companion for rollercoasters since she was 6...a real thrill seeker. I could go on and on.

Jesse is 12. He had cataract surgery when he was one. Not something most kids want to say they did with grandpa. They both had it done withing months of each other... He is as close to being my mini me as I could get...Has an awesome sense of humor. Likes to get his brothers in fights to though...
Unfortunatly they are very protective of me and very good at running off my prospects...

Introducing... My children:

Amanda Marie: She is 19, she is a Freshman in College, she is studying TV and Video Production, with Marketing and so on... She's a tall slender, Julia Roberts look alike girl, very strong willed and too smart for her own good. And she is, yes , you guessed, a model as well. DArk reddish hair, fair complexion, hazel eyes. Mile long legs.

Bradford Allan: My son, he is 13. He is the sweetest boy, very active and talkative. He started walking at 7 months and talking fluently! at 11 months. He has dark blonde hair, and blue-green eyes with yellow lights in the middle. And a face full of freckles. During the summer he turns gold. His favorite sport is Football (soccer) and now he is getting into girls. He will start 8th grade in March.

Marie Claire: My baby, she is sweet and clingy as a piece of Bubble gum. Very intelligent, with a deep voice. They all share my deep voice. She is a very big girl. She weighed 10 lbs when she was born, didn't quite fit inside the little bassinet! She is a Pisces, she'll be 8 March 4. She's the youngest and tallest one in her class. She has dark straight hair and grey green eyes with yellow lights, and she makes the funniest comments. I laugh my ass out loud everytime I go shopping with her, she is so funny and loving!

This is the Goofy Troop, and I guess that makes me Goofy? Hmmmconfused

I made a post about these "seminars" that really only serve to take money away from parents college savings and pay these outfits.

http://gamegeekspeak.com/forums/showthread.php?p=7211#post7211

Your form letter says the same as everyone elses "She meets the high standards we set to qualify as a nominee" - Call the NYLF and ask them to spell out, in detail, the criteria. You will be shocked when they cannot.

Their criteria is that your child, when registering for, or taking, the SAT or PSAT checked off a box that said "Want to recieve materials from edicational organizations?"

I am sure your child is wonderful, bright and going to have a great future. Do your part to help them by staying away from these "seminar" outfits and putting that hard earned money towards tutition at an accredited institution.
