I know, my skin is thicker now than it was before I got on this site. I can see why it would hurt his feelings. Actually I am very sensitive by nature still.
Do you like my shirt? I love it. Every woman I know likes it. I have many more in lots of colors!

How do I know when I've been Tango'ed?
I'm not sure what Arabella means? Maybe its a different thing over there to here in the UK. Here, there used to be an advert for the "Tango" soft drink which was a bright orange colour (must have been good for you, eh?!). In the advert they had a fella who was painted bright orange all over and went around slapping people, i.e. "Tango-ing" people, whilst they drank it. The catchphrase was "you know when you've been Tango'ed"!!!.

Sorry, if it seemed obscure but it was simply the bright orange shirt!!
Dx.
(Sorry, this doesn't constitute advertising, does it? Ooops!).

Comments such as no one has right to say something hurtful almost made me choke. In this country you do. You have the right to say whatever you want it is called freedom of speach. People do it all the time. there are magazines that devote huge sections to doing just this thing insulting peoples appearances. Do's and Don'ts and worsed dressed articles... Yea its not very nice but we as a country have become so completely desensitized to it is all. I mean the girl who made the post chose her own name to be "Fat Brunette" I am sure she did not mean anything mean by it she calls herself Fat for pete sake! She just made an observation and a suggestion. Prolly meant to be funny but because he did not like it it is construed as being rude or mean... Geeze I have been told on too many occassions to count that my hair was not hitting on much or that i apparently ain't been going hungry lately cause my butt so big. Been told I might wanna let my eye brows grow a little cause they was being plucked to nothingness. or asked if I been getting dressing tips from a dike cause I was wearing a guys shirt and no make up and hair not fixed. I really think she was simply speaking before thinking that someone might actually get hurt. We all have things about us someone may not like but if you like it then why even stress about it?

Sure everyone from mear everywhere can say as they please, but words that have no compassion and or are purposley inforced to hurt one,be it right or wrong, somethings, exspecially to those that really aren't in your personally space, well the saying"somethings are better left unsaid"comes to my mind....

However, pat yourself on the back for being so intune and intouch with your being, and for having the ability to read those around yous minds, thats a work of art.

P.S am a strong beleiver in freedom of speech,I just try to think before I speak is all.

AND ofcourse this is just my Canadian 3 cents worth....

I have been put down, called names, made fun of and chastised. I assure you I can stand up to your face and you will never know how it hurt, or how deep the wound went. Because I can go on throughout my day as if nothing ever happened (on the surface) I am fine. But you will never know how many times it goes through my head in that day. before I go to bed, when I wake up. And countless other times. I am a very strong personality, with a hard shell. But, my feelings, my heart, still exist within that shell. It is never acceptable to put pain on someone. In this country or many others. Contrary to the belief of some. Just look at all the controversy of American Idol. And how people are finally stepping up and saying it isn't right. Although the remark to asianboy was mild in somes perception, it still cut. The only band aid for that is us, as a people to have compassion and do unto others.

I'm very thankfull to all my friends who wrote in my favour and also thanks to all who sent me flowers and mails..

For Fallinangel.. is'nt it a good way to keep urself away from a person u dont like instead of insulting by giving some bad comments such in a public place?

2ndly i absolutely dont wish tht ppl love me or give me attention all the time..so as u said you cant please all the ppl all the time so who cares but no one have rights to insult someone.. i really dont understand from where u gotta point tht many ppl dont like me coz i am dead sure tht with whom i usually chat, they like me and moreover i usually reply only tht posts which started by my friends or someone i know abit tht they are well mannered..

3rdly though english is not my first language but here u cant blame about any language barrier or whatever..i can understand very well what the other person is saying..so i dont think i misunderstood something..

For Firelighter.. Should i laugh on what u said? Remember,no matter where u are living.Rudeness is never accepted in any society..whether u are living in US or pakistan..tell me if someone give some bad comments then what will u say? this is his right? No man..i can only agree with the statement tht we cant do anything if someone attacked us so the best way is to ignore such people but u cant convinced anyone here tht u are living in a society where everone has a right to say something offensive to anyone..
rudeness and humor perception had you been a wee lil tot I would have found it apprehensible behavoir on that persons part.... but thi si adult and in the real world to make hundreds laugh at the expsense of one well call it a acceptable body count to bring laughter to many at the hurt of one..... grow up yo ahould have responded directly instead of standing in the playground crying like a baby.... be a man take the words and address the party rresponsible.

and if I mayapplause applause on the fact that you di not use this as a ruse just to gain a sympathy coitus. an dif you do thumbs up great. bu tcrying in th eplayground beacuse some girl threw dirt at ya or alled you a name.... what till you get a american woman for a wife..... rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

no hard feeelings meant just the straight talk man to manconversing handshake
