I've had 5 first dates in the last 6 months...........I didn't kiss any of them. WHen I was younger I thought it was protocol...good date meant goodnight kiss, but now I figure that will come in time.

I find using the KISS on the first date to be the only logical path to take...
to many unknowns not to apply KISS on a first date.
despite my nervousness or ego.... KISSing will be involved..

I find when a advert from ths kiss on the first date, it causes to much aniexty for both of us. simple outing, simple questions, simple attire, simple politness, and most times at the end of the date if kissing was applied throughout.... good things can happen.

If I feel like kissing him I will kiss him and if I don't I won't. but I think a goodnight kiss is nice if you attracted to the person.

Yes, a simple kiss on the lips. If by chance you both immediately lock from passion, they a nice long french kiss and then say goodnight. At that point, you'd know that a second date is going to happen, but pushing for anything more then one passionate kiss is not the way to go. Bed? No Way, not on the first day. But dancing is okay (lol).

Depends on where I place the kisskiss

A kiss on the 1st date seems appropriate if it was a mutual good time. You can tell.....

Dating has changed dramatically in 23 years, hell it changed alot while I was married for 10 years. Do what you want to do. If a kiss is pushing your comfort level then stay comfortable. If you and Mr. Rightnow can't keep your hands off each other and are itching for a night of heated passion, then go get it. It's your world, it's your decision! Sometimes the things in life you regret the most are the things you didn't do. dancing banana Seize the moment.
