WOW, the forum is why can't most guys see past the looks, and then you automatically beat yourself up--there may be a clue. the more beautiful you feel to yourself, the more beautiful you will be--inside and out. Both matter. I am a chub muffin, but I don't have problems attracting guys because I love myself. They can't help but to be attracted to that! Humor is the key. Noone wants to be around someone who is down on themselves. It is depressing. Look at the parts you like, and capitalize on them. That's what men do!

Go NAVY I was in the Navy... You are cute and you will find the right one. Just a little advice I know everyone has some, but if you look to hard while in the Navy you might find the wrong kind of person. There are a lot of guys there just to hit it and quit it. I know that is kind of forward but it's true. Respect your self and use the Navy as a step-n-stone and you'll do just fine. You are cute and young. Most boys at your age dint know what they want anyway.

Exactly, I know that. I do blow off guys that begin to treat me badle, but those guys seem to be the only ones looking my way. I got a good guy once, but he still had feelings for his ex. He was honest about it and told me it wasn't fair to me so we broke it off, temporarily at the time. When he tried to come back, I didn't let him because I don't play those type of games. He was the last decent guy I've been with.

Girls are just as picky as guys. The only girls that aren't picky are the girls that can't be. It's an asinine thing to say, I know, but it's true. You very seldom see a fine woman with a short fatty on her arm. Same is true for a man. You don't see the plastics with a troll. It just doesn't happen in every day life. The flip side, if a woman gets a good man she doesn't want him if he doesn't define the epitome of manhood. Little guys, guys with glasses, balding, chubbies...they are the left outs, the last to go, the bargain basement. The attraction has to be there, or no one gets play. That's the way it is. You are more apt to meet someone online, and give him/her a shot if you don't really know what he/she looks like. For better or worse...humans are physical creatures.
