Ever been cheated on?

If theres on thing that I hate, it's a cheater. I can not stand people that are so insecure with themselves that they have to hurt others. GET A FREKIN MAGAZINE!!! Or, just simply break up with the person before things get out of hand. I would rather have my gf call me 2 seconds before she cheats on me and break up with me then actually be cheated on. Wouldn't you? Or, this trips me out. The "cheated on cheater" the one who stays with partner who cheated on them as long as they can cheat once too. Thats just dumb.

Yea, I have had it happen to me before. It really sucks. What can you do though; you don't own the other person. All you can do is trust that they will feel enough for you to not cheat. Some people are afraid to commit to one person, others just feel unapreciated by their partner. Maybe some of them have open relationships. There are lots of reasons why people do it, and I don't claim to know them all. The only thing I can say is as much as it hurts, it isn't going to hurt forever.

Yeah and I should have known better after she admitted to having cheated on 2 previous husbands but was committed to our relationship.

yes Raynew That should have probably been a heads up. But You're finding no finger pointing here.I would have swore on my life that wouldn't have happened with my commen law spouce...but then again..He says he didn't cheat. I think the min he picked up the phone to call her while he was still with me...That was a cheat. Whatever the situation ...cheating hurts like hell!

Ahmen to that Lilly! No amount of words can describe the pain one feels after they get cheated on. I think being shot by that same person would pale in comparison to the pain of cheating.

One of my best friends at work had his girlfriend cheat on him..and now hes in jail for robbing a liquor store in a mad rage. Jealousy can do strange things to a man..

I am proud to say i've never cheated on a man i was dating. I've also never left a man for another. When i'm dating someone, i'm not looking to see if there's someone better right around the corner. I'm putting all my time, effort and love into the relationship i'm already in. To me, there isn't anyone better than the one i'm with. And if i'm unhappy, and have tried everything to make it work, then i'll leave. I've been cheated on a few times but i made sure they were as miserable as i could make them before i left them. LOL But no matter what bad i've experienced with men i'm not bitter and i LOVE men and all their quirks. Bring on the next one!!! Ya never know what ur missing out on unless u jump back in.

TabooN, anyone who would cheat on you is a fool!!!! You are a sweetheart.

I only know of one that has happened to me personally.....but there could be others I bet. What I don't know, didn't hurt me.....;)

Awesome answer, Drk. I haven't cheated physically in a relationship in six and a half years. Prior to that I made a whole bunch of mistakes.

I was cheated on repeatedly, until my best friend asked me what i wanted so i told my ex he can either have his freedom or us, he chose his freedom and i gained my life back.

SO now i'm looking for someone who knows how too be a friend first, and treat others right.

I agree with you. I've been cheated on a few times and usually it was a girl i ain't even had sex with yet. I hate cheaters and never have and never will do it myself.

Cheating is deception of many kinds, and so I think we have all be decievd to a degree, and it does't feel the greatest, but what goes around, comes around, and only we are in charge of or own destiny.

I have been cheated on...but frankly, thank goodness. I was able to learn that there's nothing I can do about it. If it's gonna happen, it's gonna happen. Allowed me to soul search and become a non jealous person.
