Most of my friends and family are in medical or law enforcement so I see/hear it all the time. I think it makes us appreciate the time we do have knowing at anytime it could gone. Reminds of the song "If Tomorrow Never Comes" - live your life like that...no regrets hug

death is unevitable unavoidable and makes us nervouse
death to me, automatically makes me think of What about my children?
it is one of the rites of passage into the other world, of which we know not , til we get there!! SO I GUESS WHAT I MEAN TO SAY IS..Death can only be experinced by the individual.

It makes the ego nerves, that will die. The spirit lives on! The ego wants compliments, prises, the best looks, no wrinkles... I can go on and on.... The soul just wants piece, that's why you must try and ban the ego out of your life...wink

Death is like reaching the end of a story book.

If you're an avid reader just pick up another book and start all over again.

No doubt we will all face death eventually. I was with my father when he passed and I am glad that I was.

I think it's always harder to face the death of our loved ones than to face our own death.

After all, it means that they have been ripped from our lives.

I think it is hard for both..

My Dad was in a coma for about a day and it must of been really important for him to have a last goodbye with all of us. The last 5 minutes of his life he became lucid and even though he could not speal and tryed he made eye contact with all of us. My sister assisted his head so he could see all of us but the eye contact was definately focused on who he intended. It was very special...

Seems to me most strange that man (sic), fearing death, a necessary end, will come when it will come.

Thats a quote.
