This is a new era--internet dating. We all have met someone online and took time and chatted with them for a while before actually meeting them. If you chat for a month Stacy, and then go out on a date, is it just a date, or are you dating?
I still classify that as just a date .... but I try not to let myself get too attached on the internet before meeting....not always successful at that.

My definition of dating involves focusing on getting to know 1 person. Everyone else is a friend, not a date.

i have dated a few at a time. most turn out to be friends.

As for how many, i dont know. 2, 3...never been more than that for me. No i dont have sex with the dating partners. I value saving sex for a relationship.
