can someone find out who to write to in that state to voice our disgust and desire to have this guy pay for his horrendous vicious attack on this innocent child. the fear this baby must have felt upon seeing this man. the fear he will have when seeing men in general or maybe just the adult factor. this man must be punished. we can as a whole make the governor or district attorney or whomever persue this case aggressively. we did that here in ok., i was one of many that contacts the officials to support the child. our words do make a difference. there are enough of us here with friends and their friends that can make this case be heard.

Not only that, what kind of long term effects will that baby go thru? People have been known to have heart attacks with getting hit by them. It might have messed with the electric impulses inside the baby's body.

I'm in a group thats called "Bikers Against Child Abuse", I would love to be in a room alone for five minutes with that asshole. I'd bust his skull, damn sicko's.

And for a the website to that group just crowd it together and put a dot com behind it. I'm going there to let them know, something will get done....

My blood is boiling, when I first read this I was too upset to post. I hate to hear anything involving children. At work I have to sit there and kept the emotions under control, act emotionless. At home, I am able to let the teardrops flow for the inhumanity I hear and see. You try to divide your work and your home life, but they sometimes they overflow into each other. The disguise I have for this guy and having the knowledge that sooner or later, I will be reading or hearing the same done with a Tazer. blues blues blues

ALBANY, Ore., Feb. 5, 2007
(AP) An Albany father used a 100,000-volt stun gun on his 18-month-old son, police said Monday. Rian Whittman, 23, has been accused of assault and criminal mistreatment. Police said he used it "multiple times" over three weeks. A police spokesman said there were up to 10 instances.

Police said Whittman's wife, 21, who was not named, reported the abuse on Saturday.

The child was treated at a hospital, police said, and then taken into protective custody by the state Department of Human Services.

Capt. Eric Carter said the police haven't established a motive for the abuse, nor why it began about three weeks ago.

He said the device was not a Taser weapon, named for the manufacturer, but an older model that's applied directly to someone's skin.
