I like music very much. Unfortunantly if I listen to
it when I'm down all the wrong songs come on.
doh
I usually sit alone and try to think of all the
things I'm thankful for. I ask myself what is
positive in my life? Usually I find quite a bit
that makes me happy. If its over missing someone.
I think about the impact he/she has had on my life.
Concentrating on all the silly and wonderful times
I shared with him/her. Realizing how much I would
have missed out on if I hadn't known such a wonderful
person.conversing

I go for a long scenic drive through the country side and listen to some good cheerful tunes. After that, I'm all good again. Little bit of time to yourself in an comfortable environment is a good thing.

In Ireland we have a tried and tested method "we drink" beer

although recently I’ve been dieting so I tend to hit the gym (if it's closed I always have weights laying around) I find if I don’t want to think about something turning on the TV helps to zone it out or reading a book or turning on the ps2 I’ve been playing a lot of tourist trophy lately (best biking game ever )

Being a bloke I don’t cry in in front of people (to be honest I don’t rely cry much at all) which I think is good thing because at my granny’s funereal I just did the bloke thing and sucked it up ,

rolling on the floor laughing HAHAHA excellent Crotalus I did that for a while with or without mates, my favourite cheer was:

"here's to you, here's to me,
best of friends, we'll never be,
If by chance you disagree,
then f*** you, cause here's to me" cheers
