naming my new puppy.

He looks like a little bitty Rottweiller, his daddy is part Rott, but he's not going to be very big, he's a month old and he weighs a pound or less.

This is the first time I've ever had a puppy all my own! grin kiss

He's real sweet and affectionate, likes to snuggle and nuzzle and give puppy kisses. He's quiet, doesn't bark a lot, but when he does you can tell he's gonna have a big dog bark, not like a little yappy dog.

He is so adorable congradulations on getting yoru first puppy. As for a name just watch him his actions and personality and the name should pop in your head for him, please let us know what you do decide on and Good Luck

a friend of mine has a really cool name for her dog..."Mr Murphy".....why not call him Bama....??...lol..ideas coming thick n fast now.......

Awwww...he is so cute! I have had a dog mixed race, his dad was a Rottweiler and his mom was an Husky, he was so calm and kind! His name was Enzo. He died three years ago at 15 years old...I still miss his presence crying

I want something short and easy, I also like people names for dogs. I thought about Max, but it's too popular. It's the #1 name for dogs on the puppy naming sites (can you believe there is such a thing?) I also like Sam, but that's kinda common too. Moxie, Boone, Warrior are also in my top runners right now.

Thanks for the suggestions, keep em coming, I want ideas from all over the world. help grin

I had a dog named Nabisco once. I called him bisco for short and everyone i knew loved his name.

I'm having the same problem that you are... I can't think of a name for my kitten... But my suggestion for you, I think that he looks like a Sam or a Sammy... wave

James, where is Cusseta? Never heard of that.

Tell luvaboy how many dogs there are named Bama around here, everybody that's an Alabama football fan names their dog Bama. grin

Bisco is cute, but I think I want to give him a big dog name, cause he's so little but looks and sounds fierce.
