I tend to think women fib about their age as generally men want younger women. And admit it, we all want to make time stand still.
Nevertheless...if one will lie about their age, they'd probably lie about other things... Only my view. (I do hear men lie about their height
a lot.) That's harder to conceal than age!
rolling on the floor laughing Youre soooooooooooo right??? Why do guys do that??? Like we couldn't tell...sticking out tongue

Hello everybody... Today is my cs day...lol...Hope ur all having a great sunday, it sure has been a great day so far here.

Please tell me why people, guys and girls, lie about their age, you can clearly see in their pics that they are older, or, they place pics of when they were younger. What can u tell me? Are u comfortable with your age??

I'm 34 years old, was born in august 73, do the math, and I'm soooooooooo happy with my age, have done everything I wanted, when I wanted it, travelled, learned, loved...happy being who I am, including my age!!
When we are too young for something, we say we are older!
"Sure I'm 21" Please let me in".....etc.

When we are older, we say we are younger.
"What do you mean Social Security, I'm too young for that!".....etc.

People try to scam the "Kids eat Free under 12 Years Old" deal.
"Honey I know you just got your drivers license, but ACT YOUNG for the free meal"!
Alot of people aren't happy with their age no matter what it is!!

BUT, It is VERY HARD to lose your youth!!!
Once you get into your 40's and 50's, you're like"How the heck did I get to be THIS age already!

Our society is SOOOO "YOUTH" oriented, and the over 30's start to feel out of it!

I would not lie about my age, weight, or anything, but, I can see why people do!
Honesty would be better, but it just hurts some people too much I guess.

I’m more concerned if I can still rock the boat or not. To lie about the age just doesn’t work. It’s just one of those things that will always haunt you if you do.

That's sooooooooooooo true...I've seen that too many times. And yes, it's really hard, for example to find a job, because of the age thing, don't know about the us, but in mexico, people, mostly women after 40 can hardly find a decent job, and a decent job in mexico is not decent at all....so...dunno

I have my share of faults but I was raised to be a truthful person. I can remember lying once or twice. The consequences were not worth the benefits. It cost me something I can not get back. I made a vow to myself that I would not make that mistake twice. Maybe all people have lied but not all people are liars.

In my experience with dating sites, the men are worse than the women about lying about their age. They post pics that are 20 years old and think you won't notice when you meet them in person. It's a huge pet peeve of mine. My first online date said he was 45, had a pic that was taken 20 years earlier, had to be no less than 60. I know another fella that is 48 but says on his profile he is 35 (been 35 for two years now, lol) and his pic is from when he was 30. confused

True Confession crying : I've lied about my age. When we were 18 we'd go to dimly lit pubs and say we were 21. Never got kicked out...

Also, used to go to Illinois where the drinking age at the time was 18. We'd get plastered and drive home... (stuck on stupid at 18) <wasn't a lie, just dumb frustrated
