I didn't get anything for my birthday. Not even a card. I made my own birthday dinner. And I made my own birthday cake. The ex said he sent me a card from my girls, but I never got it. Either it got lost in the mail, or he put the wrong address. But he called me so the girls could wish me a happy b-day. That was more special to me than any material thing.

How do you tell whether people still love you or not?
They'll show it in other ways.

Did I cry on my birthday?
Yep. Not because I was another year older. But because I missed my girls.

I enjoy Thanksgiving and Mother's Day.

Thanksgiving because I love my family and the food is great!

Just remembered that I did get something for my birthday....... A nice buzz from the 2 shots of Hott Damn, 1 Cum shot, and a Malibu Rum with pineapple juice that my sister and a couple friends bought me.

I finished the night off at the bar drinking pints of a generic Belgium beer called Blue Moon. My first one was free since it was my birthday so I guess you could say my birthday consisted of a drink on the house.

The Mayflower was the famous ship that transported the Pilgrims from Plymouth, England, to Plymouth, Massachusetts (which would become the capital of Plymouth Colony), in 1620.[1] The vessel left England on September 16, and after a gruelling journey marked by disease, the ship dropped anchor inside the hook tip of Cape Cod (Provincetown Harbor) on November 11 (dates in Old Style, Julian Calendar). The Mayflower originally was destined for the Hudson River, north of the 1607 Jamestown Settlement. However, the Mayflower went severely off-course as the winter approached and remained in Cape Cod Bay (mapped in 1602 by Gosnold).

On March 21, 1621, all surviving passengers, who had inhabited the ship during the winter, moved ashore as Plymouth Colony, and on April 5, the Mayflower, a privately commissioned vessel, returned to England (details below).

In 1623, a year after the death of captain Christopher Jones, the Mayflower was most likely dismantled for scrap lumber in Rotherhithe, London, England.

The First Thanksgiving


The first American Thanksgiving was celebrated in 1621, to commemorate the harvest reaped by the Plymouth Colony after a harsh winter. In that year Governor William Bradford proclaimed a day of thanksgiving. The colonists celebrated it as a traditional English harvest feast, to which they invited the local Wampanoag Indians.
