now ive eaten a turkey brat
a small slab of homemade sharp cheddar (from the local amish)
some homemade peanut butter full of flax (i made it-yaaay)
and a big red apple

wow ill work out in about an hour and brava!

Not eating RIGHT NOW but not long had Boeuf en Croute with Pommes Dauphinois, asparagus spears with a cream, mustard and white wine sauce. Dessert was Kissel with Creme Fraiche.....

It was my cook's day off and I very nearly succeeded in setting the entire bloody kitchen on fire!!! D'oh! But I had a go...!! thumbs up
