I agree 100% get W out of here :-)

Seriously, I would talk with the aliens (assuming they have a Universal Translator) and ask them to help us with the things our sad world needs help with.

I would cook up a nice dinner for them and show them around, while also asking them to show me the features of their ship.

Offering friendship I think would be the best way to go.

If their world is a peaceful one with better opportunities, I would go with them.
