okay okay.. I have one.. I have pinched the nerve in my neck again (sleeping without a pillow)

and cant move my head without yelping.. crying crying

I think my head is going to fall off blues

Yeah that's it... it made it soo hard driving last time this happened.. although this time I'm not Seeing Stars..
I always prefer to sleep on my back.. and this often happens when I do it without a pillow.. (shove it out of the way in the night)... so I'm reeeeeally flat.. that's what sets it off.

I'm going to try the warm pack now.. thankooo for that hug

I pull my back muscles a lot, I can pull a muscle by simply bending over or rolling over in bed - sucks, believe me. The heat usually helps, moist heat is best, sweetie. And ibuprofen. Good luck, hun!

Thankyoo Dana.. I know last time this happened it was much worse.. it was hurting when I got up.. then I did a huuuuge stretch and moved my head to the side at the same time.. HOLEEEE COWW!!

something went TWANG in the back of my neck.. and I honestly thought I was going to throw up.. it hurt soooooooo much!.. I was actually seeing stars (those sparkles before your eyes).. I couldnt move my head not even a MILLIMETRE... I actually thought I had just broken my neck.. haha.
