While you're sleeping without the benefit of a bed, try rolling a towel up & putting it under your neck for support. Might also help things slide back into alignment.

that i do have a dark ill-tempered side, i just don't bring it out very often. usually don't see the need. only comes out when someone i love & care about has been hurt, then i turn green & get very, very huge & go on a destructive rampage.
