You should check because most of them are. Even my 3 year old Sony Ericsson does that.

What I want now is a phone that I can hook to my PC. I have thousands of ringtones but no way to get them to the phone and they are such a ripoff to pay for.

Do you have internet option on your phone? I use a great site on the net called www.mobiles24.com. From there you can pick out mp3's you want on your phone or polyphonic ringtones, games...all free. What you do is pick what you want, get the download code and point your phone's browser to wap.mobiles24.com ...and it instructs you from there. You can even make your own ringtones from your mp3 files once you sign up. I love it.

People say I got the craziest ring tones. I had a meowing as a ring tone and people would actually look around for a cat when my phone goes off. It was a trip in a restaurants.
