QUEBEC - Police and youth-protection officials are investigating after a passerby spotted a seven-month-old child alone in a car in Quebec City.
The baby's parents were found soon after as they attended a play in a nearby theatre on Sunday night.
Police say the father became aggressive, insulted them and told them it wasn't the first time he had done such a thing.
The parents were fined $400.
The child showed no signs of hypothermia despite the cool weather.
Parents of the year NOT. It is beyond me to understand how anyone could think that this is acceptable.
wow, I wondered how much a child was worth,,, $400.00 dollors
