The economy went in the tank during his administration. Home loans were 21%, unemployment was high, he had a defeatist attitude and no real vision. A very weak president, even by Democrat standards.

In my lifetime it would have to be Clinton before that FDR.

Lincoln was pretty good, Franklin Roosevelt and Clinton was a disappointment but not bad....I think Eisenhower was good too.
