i read the posts about materialism and all that.

that is not the only woman that will take offense to something misunderstood as a judgement against all women. call it labeling, call it the necessity to be unique, call it whatever you want - fact of the matter is, unless you reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally walk on eggshells with damn near everyone that is thin-skinned, you arent going to make everybody happy with everything you say.

this is not a slight on women, just the human nature in general. men are guilty of this as well. we just arent bombarded with the overwhelming necessity to prove to everyone that we are unique. just look at COSMO.

"you are unique, just like everyone else" <--- favorite quote

my advise, take it as you will - block that chick, have a beer, and talk to someone that will understand the way you talk. not everything is offensive to everyone.
