Wow, something else we agree on. I bought a small glazed ham last weekend, just in case I was in the mood to try and make Thanksgiving more than an ordinary day - that is, different than opening a can or tossing a box in the microwave.

Throw in a yam in the microwave....season it and put a slab of butter on it. Pick up a pre-made potato salad and hey...there ya go!

Gee....I should be a chef~~~rolling on the floor laughing

Holidays are problematic for me. Maybe they make me a bit manic. I'm about to do laundry and house cleaning now, even though I have four freakin' days off...uh oh!

Well, I'm bringing Deviled Eggs w/ me....But as soon as I get to my mom's I'm in the kitchen helping with cooking everything. Everything else is already at her place, just needs to be put on.

Mom and I decided that it was going to be a joint effort this year so she doesn't have to run around like a chicken w/ its head cut off, trying to get everything done. Less stress on her.

I think it's more fun when there is a crowd in the kitchen making it all happen! It does take the pressure off and with my friends and family it is always a blast!

Have a great day!
