What do I do?

Seems to me , that most men take one look at the potential life they'll have with me, and run the oppisite way...which doesn't make much sense considering I think I'm almost a proverbs 31 woman. I mean, I do the "typical" wifely duties for my mom, brother and daughter...clean, cook, errands, shopping, laundry, vaccuuming, dusting, changing sheets, making sure everyone is at their appts. on time...all I'm looking for is *him* ya know. That guy who wows me, the one who will take care of me during my darkest hour, the one who knows what he wants, and the one who will help push me through college. Don't get me wrong, I'm not "dependant" or what have you on a guy to get me through, I know what I need to do...I would just love the motivation.
Any input? Is there something else I should do to better myself for *him*...? help

Don't change yourself...don't think you're not good enough as you are - you seem very able and worthy.

Just relax, any signs of desperation will appear like a warning light to some men, while it could attract the predatorial type if you're really unfortunate.

We project what we feel about ourselves...if we feel good about ourselves, that will be obvious to those we meet and is more attractive to men.

So, relax, be prepared to be patient, and don't take just anything...be choosey!wine

Oh, come on! What's a good-looking lady like you have to worry about, bubbles? And I agree with the gentlemen as well. I've changed things about me in the past for someone, and I promise I will never do it again! Take me as I am or not at all.peace

I don't know...part of me wants to be a better person, I know God has someone amazing for me, and I know that God wants me doing certain things for him now, but I also can't help but want...it's driving me nuts...

If you know that God has someone amazing for you, then ask Him to send this person to you, receive it in Jesus name as a blessing He has for you, as if you have already received it. Then comes the hard part - waiting! God and His Son have a time of their own, and it's not ours. To live in this world and serve Him is persecution, yet the rewards are great. You are young, and Jesus doesn't desire you to be alone. Patience, trust in the Lord, and faith of heart! Remember, with faith the size of a mustard seed, we can move mountains!hug
