Just curious to know- basically the title says it all and i thought it would be an interesting topic of discussion.

Anyway i am 6 months from having my first child, im left with very few but obvious little flames at the bottom of my stomach,

Like if you saw them you would probably think a cat scratched me or something they are so insignificant but i do have friends and people i have met through life who claim much more drastic scars, some all over their body, legs hips breasts thighs... even between their arms...

So i am interested to know what a mans perspective is on stretch marks seeing as they usually are generally something that women get more often than men.

So men, Be honest Do stretch marks turn you off??? dunno

You asked men to be honest (something they often aren't), so i'm going to be honest.

Do stretch marks turn me off? No. BUT . . . they don't turn me on, either.

That's the honest answer.

They're not a turn on; they're not a turn off.

They're just what they are.

I have stretch marks from bodybuilding under my lats and where my upper bicepts meet my deltoid.

I would take every precaution to minimise the possibility of stretch marks (oils etc) because they are unsightly like any other blemish to the skin/body.

And yes, i think woman worry much much more about stretch marks than men even care about their stretch marks.

Really, I don't care. Beautiful, pretty, nice girl with a great figure and fantastic personality and a stretch mark? The hell with the stretch mark!!!!

Good question Mia.. I've always wondered that too.

The chance that stretch marks will as you say 'turn him off' depends on the timing of his sighting of same. If he gets to see them too soon as in before he meets you in mind and spirit the answer is yes the chances are they will 'turn him off'-for at this stage only the physical connection will matter.

On the other hand if he gets to see them after meeting you at the other deeper levels they will merely blend into the natural connection occurring between both people.
