On a serioius note, it is a very difficult situation.

Thats the understatement of the post!! It is one of the worst decisions in the world to even have to think about, and I am sure that is something we can all agree on weather we are for or against!!

I just saw this one, I am sorry about your friends sister, thats absolutely horrible. Maybe she will be someone who will adopt and rescue one of these children who are given the chance at life!! I wish her all the best!

I respectfully disagree about abortion in a case of rape. The child is innocent. If a person loses an arm....they must live with it. If a person is burned head to toe......one must live with it as a misforture of life. If in a case of rape, at least have the child and let it live, even if it is gven for adoption, it will live.

Many would risk life to save a toddler, why not give some months for a child to come. There are services to handle the burdens of doing so.

we all agreed that in life threatening situations, it could be the womans decision...... as for me i am hundred percent against but it does not mean that everyone else's opinion must be trod under my feet. it is their opinion but for me, religion and family principles along with my conscience make it abominable, like we said before, to everyone his own.

Thats how I feel, and even if I was on my death bed, I would give it my all. There was a time when I considdered it, but lets just say God and I werent in good standings then... Since though we have made up, and I quit being stupid!! I know he did what he did for a reason, and a good one at that. I couldnt have asked for a better gift, and had I gont through with the abortion, I would never know, and I might not have ever found my way back to God.
But, these are very diffacult decisions, and I dont want to be the one to say that someone did the wrong thing given extreme situations, besides that God doesnt like it for us to judge each other, thats his job!! The only reason I posted was to inform, not to judge or put my personal beliefs off on anyone else. Though I do hope some have come out of here with a difforent opinion on the subject!!

Murdering an innosent child, I am not sure if that can be forgivven when you get to the Golden Gates. But like I said, I am not here to judge anyone!! Though I do share your opinion!

Excellent way of putting it!! I am totally pro choice in that I believe a person should have every right to say what goes on with their bodies, but I am absolutely against abortion!!
