Well.. you have been a mean little thing or plain victimised ... you have someone getting at you somewhere sometime ... all the time

Maybe they hijack your thread .. make you pay for something somewhere else ..

Maybe its sissy fighting on the threads ... innovative ideas you see.. cant think of more..

So how do you seek to resolve it ??

POSTS would be greatly appreciated !!!! The poll is for humour sakes.

PS: NO fighting here ..
conclusion yet to be reached on what to call u !!
One of the first newspaper editors I worked for taught me a lesson:"Try not to be too intelligent. Think of yourself as a newspaper headline, with about as much depth. Also, try not to appear unbalanced..." From one of my English Professors: "Refuse to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person." Works for me. %D

Ok, i am new here, only been on for a few weeks so I am relatively new to the cs discussions. I have posted on a few threads now, and only once have I had someone argue with what I have said.

I just supported myself with the information I had, the facts and my experiences. But one lady in particular really did hurt my feelings... I did get a little mad at her, but after a few other people posted, I decided not to be mad at her because maybe she didnt realise that what she was replying to me was actually something that I had experienced and been through and delt with in the opposite way of what she was writing. It wasnt her fault, she doesnt know me, so I am not mad at her. Besides, I think that is the whole point of being on here is to be able to have discussions about everything, and by everything, you cs'ers really do discuss EVERYTHING!! There area few on here (Gilly, Eupho, and a few others) Who really say what they are thinking, I just wish I could do that more often!!

But to the point, I think that difforent situations should be delt with difforently, though I would never personally attack anyone, or go and vote down their photos!! That just seems a bit childish to me!

Hope you are all having a wonderful day!!reindeer

Wow, I can only imagine what you would say if you wanted!! I just try and keep to myself and put short answers if I do post so that maybe nobody will be offended by what I write... I made the mistake of opening my big mouth last night, and it got me into a bit of trouble with a couple of people... I think I will stay quiet again on such controversial issues!!confused
Maybe not though, I might get the courage up to speak my mind again one day... And last night I was in no mood to be argued with on the certain topic I did write on... I kinda feel bad for being a little rude to a couple of people, but I guess thats what happens when I get defensive. Still though, I kinda wish I had shut my mouth before I finally did! Hopefully the two ladies wont hate me forever!! And if they do, then oh well, I dont know them, and prolly never will right??!! Still, I just dont like for ppl not to like me, I try and stay on everyones good side... Not really one for confrontation!!cold

Me too Casie...

I can't bear arguing and bad feeling. I just don't see there is any need for it. Here in RL or wherever.

I don't like confrontation.. and I can NOT abide bullying of any kind. That DOES make me mad.. it's one of the very few things that does. I have a vereeeee long fuse.. until it comes to any kind of bullying.

I wouldn't worry too much about thinking you were rude.. MOST people here leave posts where they were and it's all new and fresh the next time around. comfort hug

B & I.

I can't help but step in and point out appalling behaviour IF I observe a patern being repeated and good souls being abused.

But generally, I have to say I've encountered nothing personally on these forums lately...I seem to have finally learned a mode of deportment that suits many in this madhouse.laugh

I ignore ignorance and never directly confront anybody on the threads in an offensive manner.

only been on here a short while too, dont want to offend or be offended
if someone is being rude I dont have to stay -- it's not so important-
I like debates but - being offensive is not debating. Life is too short don't have the time or the need to spend it being upset .cool dancing

forget about it.... When people brag about being from places like Dontnofuck, Drunkenarsehole or that major metropolis known as Myshitdontstinkville, on a daily basis, why worry about them?
