1. You are raised as different. Someone is inferior, someone is superior. You need to have that in mind.

2. As long as the inferior accepts his inferior condition, there will never be a problem.

3. The problem starts when the inferior starts claiming he is not inferior anymore.Being superior is the most comfortable chair.
This claiming can also be tacit, by simple behaviours. So, when the inferior starts acting like superior, this is a problem for the superior. A fight needs to be taken, because things can't be mixed, changed!
If racism is kept in an hypocrit level, it's ok. If you get to achieve how the superior mind works, it's a big problem.

Law makers, media, inter alia, have a great contribution on this.If we keep insisting from the scratch that we are different, then we will have to be given different opportunities, to keep the different levels.

Same opportunities create same level of competition.

Strange but true.

Economic independence and awareness of human rights has a lot of people waking up to the issue !!!!

The oppressed would take no more while the abuser cant take being ousted !! viscious .. until you want to accept being equal ..

i long for the day when differences based on race, nationality, & religion no longer matter, we are all brothers & sisters. i am no better than anyone & no one is better than me. we are all part of the same race.................the human race.

Sad but true....

Embracing the status-quo is the only way to gain acceptance.

Silence and ignoring the issues another.......acting like you belong by distancing yourself from your roots is another tool..

But we have to be proud of who we are and achieve our dreams inspite of these circumstances.......

Plan your journey and start the trip...there are those who will cheer you, and those who will try to bring you down.

But as MJ sang.... " keep on moving, dont stop!"

You WILL pass many along the way.

I was once told this...

"Equality does not mean giving everyone the same amount of help.. it means giving people the amount of help they need to reach the same target.."
