you are right, that is dating
but i belive there is "too soon to date" when it coms to meet some one from the net
how can we find whe it is too soon, i have no clue
if i talk abuot the first meeting (whteter it is called date or not) i had oly two that were bad in my life
the first one, as also the first one i had from the net
we have been emailg, IM and talking on the phone for a couple of months
the second one i meet her, i belive one week after the first cntact
but i can also say, once i meet some two days we start talking, and the reakfast meeting, become a weekend date, and we dated for abut a month till i realize she was not the one i was looking
so soon is not a time frame
but when i look at all those cases there is something in common
the two that went wrong, were the ones i could not get to know them well over the phone, when althught the long time we spoke we did not talk enought as to "know" her well
that is what i meant with soon, to know the other well enought as to be sure it wil not be a bad experience
sometimes could take a few hurs over the phone, others way too many hours over the phone is not enought
the first time we meet (first date for those that prefer to call them) it shuld not be a bad experience,,and from there the others dates shuld not be a bad experience, but positives ones (whether to realize we have found him/her, or we realize we have to continue looking)
how this sistem works for me?
only 2 bad dates (first meeting) over a period of 10 years
no disapointment with the others, (besides the one that was to realize we were not one for each other)
is this the only way? i dont thnk so, i was sharing my view point
