For me, there isn't really one size that I like, depends a lot on the figure of the woman in question - some women look good with larger breasts, while some look good with small breasts - but since I have to pick one from the list, it's C. (And preferably organic, not those hackjobs)

That shape and size?? This was on the Carson show some years ago. Has this changed or does it remain intact?

Sorry Trish ... I really don't know ... it probably depends what kind of surgery and might even be different for different ladies even with same surgery ... dunno
