well if u r so lazy u wouldnt get up in da morning and go to work or just do something worthy in yr life, besides da endless complaining about everything,u will always blame it on da luck or may be we should say on da lack of luck.if u wake up and u r healthy, that is luck but if u use that luck to do better in yr every aim and u reach da goals that we can with a pure heart call success when u know what u want and how to do it.conversing

I'd go with hard work, but luck, with regard to the situation, did play a small role. I mean, it was not my intention to end up where I did, but rather, a very happy set of circumstances. smoking

Blaming a situation on lousy luck doesn't mean there is such a thing. A lot of people will always have an excuse for anything and everything wrong in their life. In this country, blaming everyone and everything for their situation is always much easier than trying to fix the real problem which is usually ourselves.

Luck has everything to do with it. A lot of small business people work their butts off and have little success. The only reason a lot of corporations survive is the fact that the government will bail their behinds out. I can't count the number of times Chrysler has gone broke, but they are still around.

Luck or adapting? Hard work gets you to where you can adapt and be successful in my opinion. Hard work creates the "luck" of getting investors or orders at the right time. Even Chrysler had to work hard at screwing up and then the Germans bought them and screwed up even more (Daimler Chrysler) Lots of small business men/women work their butt off but "stay the course" as George Bush keeps telling us. If you stay the course in a sailboat you end up in a wreak or no wind, same with business. You have to adapt plus put in hard work.
