Will you be there
when I need you
will you lift me up
when i'm feeling blue

will you be able to see
when I need to talk
or will you turn away
and begin to walk

why is it
when it comes to me
no one's ever there
in my time of need

When I really need a shoulder
to cry upon
there's no one there
everyone's gone

But that's been my life
i'm so used to this
when it comes to me
I just don't exsist

I must understand
it's not me that matters
because i'm always alone
when my world shatters

So alone I will go
as I walk down this road
this is my burden
this is my load

Why should I matter
why should I care
because in the end
it's only me that's there

when I am gone
I won't be missed
and the reasons why
are to many to list

so don't think of me
just run away
i'm so sorry
I needed you today
