In Ireland we normally have the big dinner on Christmas Day.. ours normally consists of Melon or something light for starter...Ham, Turkey (stuffed.. yummy) roasted potatoes, as well as mashed and au gratin(we love our spuds here in Ireland

).. a variety of lovely veggies and the rest... then my mums trifle that she has made every year since the beginning of time... this year also Pavlova (think shes getting the hint)...
