Useless gifts..Did you get any?

I got a ceramic Christmas decoration from a co-worker that was "god-awful ugly" yet, I was appreciative as it was a gift meant from the heart. And yes....I'll set it out next year...

I didn't get anything bad or useless this year as I got sheet set/towels and photos etc.. so all good things.

A friend of mine got given a Terminator DVD. She isn't in to movies and doesn't even own a dvd player for this reason..

Another friend got lots and lots of perfume and smelly things. She recently come out of an intensive hospital program as she has sever allergies to smelly things and perfume. No good to her at all.



Anyhoo, did you get anything useless or weird? Would love to hear about it.

One of my clients (he is 18 with severe cerebral palsy and epilepsy)

His sister bought him some rubber boobies you stick on the wall in the bath/shower..

they are shower gel dispensers.. laugh


I had loads of fun with those. rolling on the floor laughing



(looked like a major case of Mastitis though hahaha)

I was even able to hang the flannels (wash cloths) on the nipples to dry off. lol

Our family decided a while ago to give all gifts to the children in our family.

We always say we will do the same, and all cave in the end.. its a bit of a bummer to be thruthful, cause ones the nephews and nieces start mounting up.. then mum and dad.. and if u get for one sibling u have to get for all and it really does mount up.. next year we agreed we are going to do secret santa.. waving santa gift gift
