the large cars always use more fuel...rolling on the floor laughing

and if you keep your foot out of the peddle a little more...might do even better...

but when you have a truck that likes to stretch her legs...you just have to let her walk....thumbs up

I have to disagree with that statement...I was leasing a classic shaker...triple digit truck...my paychecks after putting back for maintance, and taxes and such...were almost $4000 a week...

I was hauling government loads...might have had something to do with it too...LOL

Wasn't really referring to O/O. Used to be true as a company driver. Times might have changed though. Can't help that I am older than dirt and my first truck had solid rubber tires and chain drive. sticking out tongue

Sorry to hear that. I thought I had broken my ankle instead of my heel and thought I might not be able to do it anymore. Wasn't sure what I would do as I have been doing this for over 20 years. I hope I am never faced with that dilemna.

it can be heart breaking...I loved my job...I was an OTR for 7 years...one of the top drivers for my company too...it has been very hard to adjust to life off the road...I was very well suited for it...

I came real close to buying an '05 W-900 last year. So glad I didn't now. Not quite used to the looks of the 660 yet. Still like the 600 but if I were going to buy a new one would be the 660.

You take care buddy, and work on the lap-top thingy cause we're gonna be down one man to defend against the sladers of the fairer sex here. Not like we've won any battle yet but my chin is already sore without taking an extra shot without your head about to claim your fair share.
Be good, and have as much fun as work allows.

Happy New Year!!!!

C Ya!~

yea I've been reading alot about them and several of the drivers that are running them now seem to be impressed, but haven't been able to get a definative answear out of one of them aboput the mpg. But come spring he's prolly going to take me out of this mid roof and slap me into a studio sleeper, don't really need it just going to add extra weight to me .

The one I looked at had an 86" studio. Sweet truck. In all honesty, the people that work on my truck now have been so good to me that I would have to buy one from them. They are a Mack dealer. As long as mine is still doing a good job, I am going to keep running it.
