Evil is the yin to the yang of Good. The connection to the negative side of the Universal as opposed to the positive. I find it amusing that Devil is a 'd' added to evil and Good is an 'o' added to God. Yet more proff of a higher power (s?) as we as humans are much to lazy to have ever devised such powerful and complete ideals.

I'll add a few to the list of evil traits that exsist.

Religious indoctrination of minors.
Teaching of creationism is scools as if it scientific fact.
Inhumane killing of animals for any purpose.

Mind you if you want a true deninition of evil the front line of any war is a good place to start.Hacking of the breasts of women to facilitate the starvation and amputating limbs with machetes to make it impossible to carry a weapon is pretty sick.

Landmining in rice paddy's isn't so good enther knowing the people have to risk loosing a limp or their life to get a meal is a low way to fight a war.

Hearts and minds, and if that doesn't work fly over and deploy a JP233 to blow everything below to pieces.

Depleted uranium is pretty nasty too, great as a munition. cuts through Chub armour like a Sabot round, problem is it covers the battlefield with radioactive material which is absorbed into the environment....and when say used in a fertile area which produces Tomatoes, is a great way to polute a population causing terrible mutation and abnormalites in the newborn.

The nice clean ones are the best though, and its a quick end..... a fuel air bomb, drop one of these baby's and it sucks the air right out of the lungs of the unfortunates, before igniting the area to something akin to a small nuke explosion.The french actually complained about the use of this weapon, which to my knowledge was used on 3 occasions that i have been told about in the 1st gulf war.

Imagine being hidden in a trench, scarred shitless when the air all goes, then a blast wave turns everything into a funace and burning suffocated man isn't threat.

Weapons are useful inanimate objects, great for spending budgets on, but the ghastly politicians that send the military to face and clear up the mess are the most evil force on out planet.

If it were upto the military there would be no wars, they all know what they cost....but politicians, there an awful breed....they re "re election" "posturing" "being seen to be doing something", that is the new definition of evil, and our acceptance that they posture for our acceptance.

If a politician wants to fight a war, i'll be the first to go, long as that persons next to me when the pullets fly.....oh and lets not forget their children too, they always seem to right off the other non combatents as collateral damage.

I'm not sure evil can be truly defined but I suppose you could put it into two categories, moral and physical.

People perceived as evil can also be capable of good which confuses the matter further. For example the Nazis, most people would agree were morally and physically evil but were able to be loving husbands, wives, mothers, fathers.

You might change your mind had you seen men women and children burned to death in a church.....or had their arms chopped off with a machette.

Theres ways and means to kill an animal for instance, it doesn't involve using a screwdriver to puncture its skull or hold a pig upside down and slice its throat to let ot bleed to death while its screaming.

Dignity for everything.

I don't know if you know but "creationism" isn't "darwinism", the later being more scientific based on evolution, whilst creastionism is a version of our so called history thats based around god making the world in 7 days and taught in American schools as fact!!

This is blantant religious clap trap and why any school on the planet would teach this is beyond me.Strangley the church has even tried to lobby in the Uk as well to try to further their aims of teaching this absurd theory as history.

This isn't any comment on religious beliefs, people aren't allowed the choice if the schools are being coaxed into teaching.

And a soundbite like the trite "are you part of the problem or part of the solution" is no use whatsoever....when did your views ever get taken onboard and your wishes and views on your tax spending begin to taken into account by your elected officials.

If you think your living in a democracy you are sadly mistaken.

Prove me wrong and stand for office and change something, and then ask to open some federal files, or ask about some defence contractors budgets....you'll soon become aware very fast of how far the long arm of democracy will hang you out to dry.

Evil is the single greatest capacity of mankind. We are able to do more harm in a day, than good we will do in a lifetime. If we want to know what evil is, you need only look into your very own heart, and you will see the dark rotting core that exists. If God existed, we would know because no loving God would allow such evil to take root in people.

Evil is not just the ability to harm others. Evil is selfishness. When you cross the street, and pass a bum and do not give him your last dollar because you want to buy a soda, that is evil. When you spend your pay check on a new pair of jeans and a video game, rather than help your parents pay for the groceries. When you lie. When you are late to an appointment, simply because you didn't care enough to be on time. This is all evil. Hitler did nothing all of you, and I, are not capable of. We all commit evil acts everyday.

You want to know evil? Before you ask that, first I beg you the question, do your really know good?
