The approaching New Year seems to bring about a time of reflection for many of us, especially those over 30. What's our bench mark, yard-stick, TV, commercials, Hollywood, the couple down the street ?

You can't count memories, they represent the past, vapor. You can't use the present, because it will change. The future is not here yet. So, where does that leave us ?

I'm going to University this year...decided that way back.

And I'm going to focus on spiritual things...choose a path.

And make myself more agreeable to my soulmate.wine

That is great. I returned to University in my 50's. Loved every minute of it.

A New Year, A New Beginning...Alot happened in 2007, which made me stronger to face whatever is coming towards me. Im just going to take it one day at a time. Im going back to school to finish my bachelors degree. Whatever 2008 throws at me, I'll face it, learn from it, and walk away from it. After all isnt today the tomorrow you thought about yesterday? smitten head banger
