Well I was 235lbs and 6ft....I was told mine was 34 and now I lost weight and I am a 20's bracket and you know what even if you can lower it a little like 2-3 it make you feel so much better. and it does make a difference and i am happy i looked into that i am still a little high. But I am proud of myself and no one is going to change that. angel

Well Paws,
Four months ago I was about a 42 now I am down to about 32 and if i loose another 40 or so I will be around 28-29. However I will be getting to the point that i will not have much body fat left, Most of my mass is made up of muscle, you will have to start cutting limbs off to get any lower.

This may sound weird but true. There's a Dr., from India who believes that some forms of obesity is a virus that you can catch like a cold. It's being studied in the US and may be valid.

That is what finding out that you are borderline diabetic will do for you if you want to live your life in some sense of normality. Taking responsibility for my body finally. Let it go too long after a motorcycle accident many years ago. And I used to be an athlete at one point in history.....

The number of juvenile diabetics has exploded in Canada, US and Britain over the past few years. All due to obesity.

Leave my loins out of this.

I'm not assuming any responsibility for medical costs, they were all consenting adults.

It defines your size as normal, overweight, obese. I was surprised to learn mine is just 1 point away from overweight. (24.9) I chose slim in my profile because that's how I see myself.

If you want to know yours; your weight in Kg divided by your height in Metres, squared. 18 to 25 is normal. If anyone would like to, just give me your height and weight.
Ok, so I am 5'8 138 lbs, what would that make miine??
