Hmm..... a question for everyone ...

If you have more than one person showing interest in you , what are the factors based on which you would make the choice saying you arent yet in love with either.

And if it doesnt work out , would you consider the other option or both one trial and other just in case?

Would you settle for less than what you would hope to find ?
I dunno answer to your questions.

All I know is there are too many men and not enough time help

Arranging them on some kind of a rota system is all I can think of at

the moment devil laugh

I can understand that, but I think "suitor" meaning someone she wants to stay with for a while, monogamous relationships aren't for everyone, some people are old fashioned, would rather stick with 1 person or it is labeled "cheating" to them ya know?
Riya is a psychological scientist here and the question has nothing to do with her personal situation and as such is presented as a theoretical forum to expediate discussion on this pertinent topic here on a dating site. No misconstruction intended just opinions...

Ahh, I thought this was an actual situation. I was trying to help someone make up their mind, not perpetuate a discussion. =P Thanks for clearing that up.

I'm generally not a multi-tasker in anything, and that includes relationships ... but if its mere interest, chit chat and all that, I am not really looking at it as some sort of committement (which is important to me) ...Words on a page don't tip the scale for me even though they create the invitation, fuel the interest ...

I think intimacy, verbal and and or physical (body language)is when decision time comes, when you begin to owe that other person your attention in that department to make a choice. There has to be some sort of mutual jump past the friend thing. Being a one woman guy I don't think I could keep another 'interest' strung along, wouldn't want someone doing that to me... do unto others and all that...

Until then its all friends, fun and forget-me-nots.

Don't have standby's if that's what you mean Riya...it takes all of my senses to deal with one, and even then it's hard work!

Plus, if we're talking about love in the sense of e-dating/internet dating, that doesn't even enter the equation.

thumbs up

no.. it wasnt about me.

I have seen people doing it and wondering the same so wanted to know the general opinion.

Its difficult to even deal with one !!
