Well, I live alone....so no I don't really have to worry about the seat being up.........BUT...........I have a nice....BIG....THICK....toilet lid cover on it and it won't stay up unless you HOLD it up. laugh laugh

My brother-in-law told me he had to hold the seat up while he used it. laugh laugh

So......LADIES....UNITE!!!!! yay yay yay

Go buy a really nice.....BIG.....THICK......toilet lid cover and NEVER worry again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there is really no win to the toilet seat issue. I complained everyday, that water can be a bit shocking when your still pretty much a sleep. But I was tought there were worse things they can do with the toilet! Try going in still pretty much a sleep, and find that not only is the seat down but the lid is as well!

The war is on! clear plastic wrap when you know he is going to be sitting himself can be a great pay back.
