Told me i was a fat, lazy c**t, I said then go ahead and shoot me....................picked up the phone and called 911.....................and that was the last time I ever spoke to him.....in divorce court the judge spoke to me for him and told him to not even look my way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i've had 2 really scary moments in my life - one was when my date and i were coming out of a resturant and 2 guys held us up at gunpoint, one of them held a gun to my head and told my date to hand over his wallet & jewelery, which he did of course and then they took my purse and jewelery and then ran off.

the other time was when i was managing a video rental store and a man came in & pointed a gun at me & told me to give him all the money in the register and then he made me lay on the floor & i thought he was going to shoot me, but all he did was run away.

i don't think i would fancy that

did they ever catch him ?

you know what chillinbama... i can't understand bank staff that challenged arm bank robbers for the money ..when its not their money ????

I don't have a clue if they were ever caught. I was on vacation at the time. I never saw my wallet again. Why would a person risk their life for any money? Whether it be theirs or belong to someone else.

I was working in a convience store when two masked men came in with sawed off shotguns pointed at me and demanded all the money. I was told not to move when they left but I started to turn around when the gun went off at my head. The alarms started to go off and the ringing in my ears as I fell to the ground. The only thing that saved me was the cigerate stand as the bullet hit it first. My boss had just installed the stand over the windows so if it was not there the bullet would have hit me.

I pulled into a convenience store in Panama City Fl., and when I opened my car door to get out a robber put a gun in my face and demanded my wallet. I don't know if I stared death in the face ,but I sure could see the bullet at the end of that barrel. He recieved a grand total of eleven dollars and a pretty nice eelskin wallet.
God thats terrifying... inclined to think of those things as just happening on the movies... naive I know.. that must have been an absolutely awful feeling... hug

I don't really consider it "staring death in the face", but I guess I had the feeling that I might soon be kissing my ass goodbye when the rockets were being fired in our direction while I was in Afghanistan.

And, many years ago, I was a violent crime victim, with threats of serious consequences....I opted to do as I was told and I guess that's why I'm sitting here today.

Wrong there................things were fine or so I thought, he called me that day and told me he loved me and he missed me............then he went out, came home drunk off tequilla, and all hell broke loose. He destroyed my glas door, my big 57" TV, my computer tower, and then went in bedroom and came out with a loaded shotgun..................I said nothing to upset him, he just went off the deep end!

Well, 28 hours ago I was in the store below. Kinda glad it happened today instead of yesterday:

The Indianapolis Metro Police SWAT Team is at a strip mall on the
Southeast side.

A man is reportedly holed up near the CVS drug store in the Linwood
Shopping Center.

Eyewitnesses say the entire area is swarming with police.
