when it comes to flirting anywhere does knowing they are married /in a relationship effect what and how you have conversations with them?

I try to engage grey matter before opening mouth even typing but sometimes the mind is not as quick as the rest of my anatomy.

I think the married types enjoy hearing it more... what do you think?

I'd rather not flirt with a married woman and would rather she not flirt with me. If she's in a committed relationship then she should stay committed or get out of it. If she's on the fence then I'd have to think seriously about it and have a serious conversation before proceeding. As for how I have conversations with them it strictly depends on the subject of the conversation and it's intent.

It does have an effect on the way I communicate...I respect marriage and other people's relationships enough not to do or suggest anything that could be harmful to them as a couple!!!!!!!!

Personally, Flirting is something that kind of gives me goosebumps when beyond limits. I feel married or not people could be taking it seriously and would cause undue hurt and pain. The last thing i am looking forward to giving.

So, if married and they clearly say they are and want to flirt in a healthy way or otherwise , its their choice absolutely.

But i wouldnt be a part of it.

i would not flirt with anyone i know is in a relationship IMO that is just wrong and can create problems.

if i had been flirting with someone who was involved & i did not know & then found out i would apoligise & stop.

i have never been labeled "the other woman" and never want to be labeled in that way. i have been on the other end of that and it hurts & i would not want to cause that pain for another.

yes...a person's relationship to others effects my relationship with them. In all areas. I never flirt in person. I do it here because we will never meet, and I am safe. I tell questionable " jokes when in a crowd and make off the wall comments, that leave even me blushing sometimes....but that's the entertainer in me. Other than the dsating sites, I don't flirt. rejection and reprimand ...hurt. And I never talk at length to married women without their S.O. present. Short ugly guys live a long time that way!!grin
