I have noticed that on average if you compare a 30 year old woman and a 30 year old man, the man normally retains his looks a lot better than the woman....most of the guys my age i know date girls in their early 20s....the women i know my age date much older men. what givesconfused

so...I disagree. When I guess a woman's age, I am normally way off. Thinking they are younger than they are. When I first met my landlord, I thought she was in her mid 40's. WRONG....she is sixty!! And won't date me because I am too younglaugh (this is before I started renting from her)

Biologically, I suppose women suffer more because of childbirth.

But I think your original statement would make more sense if you added 10 years on to each party.

I think at around 40 it starts to show more.

BUT!!! Personally, there's nothing more attractive than a genetically gifted, well preserved older lady.love

I love your last statement Dentente....grin ...fits me beautifully

And Dave I was compeled to look at your profile pics and yes,you are what a 30 plus is suppose to look like, perhaps if I must be honest a tad bit younger...but as stated by my friend above, give it another 10 years and see if your asking the same question.

I love the well preserved older ladies! The hard thing to find is one who still has a flat tummy..... too, its is really so hurtful and pitiful when some obviously get out of shape and do nothing about it....for that reason I pretty much have given in to sniffing of the younger women simply to broaden my possibilities. Age has little to do with it...just whatever appeals to me...size hardly even matters, it's more about the person...the total package.

Well, he did make allowances for "genetically gifted," didn't he, Blue Eyed?laugh thumbs up

I don't see much difference between the sexes. It varies from individual to individual - part genetics, part health habits (e.g., smoking generally makes someone look a lot older over time).

Sorry to say but I see hundreds of pictures each day, One from now and one from 10 years ago and from what I can tell it seems to depend on the person not the gender.
